Manu Sunny
Chief Architect – Living Impressions
Manu Sunny is a registered architect with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked extensively on both new build and refurbishment projects across the UK, Asia, and the Middle East. His diverse portfolio ranges from high-end luxury hotels to bespoke boutique properties, each reflecting his commitment to design excellence and execution.
After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Manu pursued a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Greenwich, UK. This unique combination of design and management education empowers him to deliver projects with both creativity and precision.
Manu has a strong passion for detailed design documentation and consultant coordination—critical elements that ensure all aspects of a hotel or interior project come together seamlessly. His ability to maintain the integrity of interior design throughout the construction process has been key to the success of several prestigious developments, including the Jumeirah Hotel in Oman and the Hard Rock Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Having spent a significant part of his career in the UK and later in India, Manu brings a rich global perspective to his work. He draws inspiration from traditional building techniques and enjoys finding modern, efficient ways to reinterpret them in contemporary design.
As the Chief Architect at Living Impressions, Manu leads the design vision of the firm—driven by thoughtful innovation, practical detailing, and an unwavering focus on quality.
