Living Impressions provides interior design consultation, planning, and execution services as per client requirements. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined in the individual project agreement with the client.

Website Use

The Website content (designs, text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of Living Impressions and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Users agree not to misuse the Website or engage in activities that may disrupt its operation.

Consultation and Bookings

All consultations (online/offline) are subject to prior appointment and availability. Any booking fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise mentioned in writing.

Payments

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed schedule in the project contract. Delayed payments may attract late fees or suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Cancellation and Refunds

Once a project has been initiated, cancellations are not permitted unless mutually agreed. Refunds, if any, will be processed only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of Living Impressions.

Liability

While we strive for accuracy in design and execution, Living Impressions shall not be liable for:

• Variations in materials, colors, or finishes due to market availability.
• Delays caused by suppliers, contractors, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, approvals, and timely feedback.

Third-Party Vendors

Living Impressions may collaborate with third-party contractors/vendors for certain project requirements. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or disputes arising from third-party services, though we will assist in coordination.

Privacy

Client data and project details will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala.
